The Custom Option

Although we at Audio/Video Entertainment strive to assemble our systems into succinct packages, we realize we cannot possibly cover all the variables in today's digital lifestyle options in this fashion. Such is life. As we don't wish to limit you, our valued clients, into systems that don't meet your specific lifestyle needs, we offer our custom design services. In such cases, AVE requires a non-refundable $250 custom design consultation fee.This charge is necessary to give our sales and engineering staff the time and resources needed to provide you a comprehensive system design estimate. It should be noted that small deviations from the packages shown here do not automatically require the custom design consultation fee; it is at the discretion of AVE. If the fee is required, you will be informed and your written consent given before any work commences.
